Staybridge Suites Syracuse Liverpool, an IHG Hotel

The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient at their jobs. I had to extend my stay a couple times and they were very accommodating, always helpful and attentive every time I had a request or inquiry. There was a clogged sink and they sent someone to fix immediately. This was my third time staying at this hotel. The layout of the rooms is wonderful. Has lots of handy storage space and just what you need in a full kitchen in a smaller space. Definitely feels like home away from home!

Huge, beautiful suite with a spacious and really beautiful full-size kitchen. A huge living room area that was separate from the bedroom/bathroom area which was perfect for our stay after a concert as I wanted to go to bed and my cousin wanted to stay up and we were able to very comfortably do both. The room was impeccably clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable and the temperature control allowed us to keep our room exactly as cool as we preferred. Staff was friendly and kind when I called the day of our stay to ask about checking in early as we were going to a concert that conflicted with the posted check-in time. They were not able to provide an early check-in (understandable,) however the staff did take the time to leave a note on my account to notify the night staff that we would be arriving late from a concert so that we could easily check-in afterwards. They were also very accommodating about letting my cousin who was staying with me park his car at the hotel ahead of check-in so that we could meet there and take my vehicle to the venue. It was an extremely quick and easy drive to and from St. Joseph’s Lakeview Amphitheater and we were able to get a great parking spot at the concert because of how easily we could get to the venue from the hotel. The night staff was friendly and provided easy instructions on how to get to our room. I would absolutely stay here again, we had a wonderful experience!

The property was very clean. It was great that they served breakfast and dinner! There was plenty of parking. The room was excellent. Really liked the full kitchen, the breakfast bar, and the living area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommend! Will come back!

The two bedroom suite was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was more than other places.

Clean, very understanding people, didn’t have to wait long to check in and out, and again… clean! The rooms are really nice. I’ve always loved staying here
